Our ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform to support and enhance commercial operations. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Analyst to join an international team based in Berchem, Antwerp. In this role, you will bring strong functional analysis and implementation experience across Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and the Power Platform, contributing to the continuous evolution of our CRM landscape.<h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2" dir="ltr">Key Responsibilities</h2><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Define and continuously improve the functional design of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best-practice processes</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Optimize and enhance the current D365 implementation based on evolving business needs</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Act as a functional expert for Sales &amp; Marketing, gaining a deep understanding of existing processes and system components to support commercial teams effectively</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Deliver end-user training and develop, maintain, and update functional documentation and training materials</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to improve usability and adoption of D365</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Translate user needs into clear insights and actionable enhancement recommendations</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Support incident resolution and request handling while ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Act as a digital ambassador, actively engaging with the business to strengthen overall digital capabilities and adoption</li></ul><h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2" dir="ltr">Experience &amp; Education</h2><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant or analyst across multiple CRM implementations</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Customer Voice, and Copilot, is considered a strong asset</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Strong analytical mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Familiarity with Agile working methodologies</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent practical experience</li></ul><h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2" dir="ltr">What Makes This Role Attractive</h2>This position offers the opportunity to help shape the next generation CRM experience for commercial teams across a global organization.
