Als marktleider zijn we klaar voor morgen, en daar kan jij deel van uitmaken.Voor ons dispatchteam zoeken we een Dispatcher die mee de motor draaiende houdt in deze ambitieuze en toekomstgerichte omgeving. <h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2" dir="ltr">Jouw rol</h2>Als Dispatcher ben jij de spil achter dynamische en efficiënte rittenplanningen. Je combineert planmatig denken met flexibiliteit en schakelt vlot wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Je staat voortdurend in contact met chauffeurs, klanten en collega’s en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en correct verloopt.Je rapporteert aan de Teamlead Dispatch en werkt nauw samen met dispatch, operations support en de klantendienst. <h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2" dir="ltr">Wat ga je doen?</h2><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ritten plannen &amp; bijsturen: Je stelt efficiënte rittenplanningen op en behoudt overzicht, ook bij last-minute wijzigingen.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Communicatie: Je ondersteunt chauffeurs, bewaakt orde en netheid van vrachtwagens en depot, en staat klanten vriendelijk te woord over hun leveringen.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Samenwerking: Je werkt intensief samen met collega’s binnen dispatch en andere ondersteunende teams.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Administratie: Voorraadbeheer, bestuurderskaarten en documentatie van leveringen (o.a. per boot) neem jij vlot op.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Flexibiliteit: Je werkt afwisselend vanuit Geel en Hasselt. </li></ul><h2 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h2" dir="ltr">Wie ben jij?</h2><ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je hebt een logistieke achtergrond door opleiding of ervaring</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je communiceert vlot en hebt sterke people skills</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">De Vlaamse wegen kennen voor jou weinig geheimen, jij plant slim en filebewust</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Klanttevredenheid en service draag je hoog in het vaandel</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je bent sterk georganiseerd en blijft efficiënt onder druk</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je denkt kritisch mee en zoekt actief naar procesverbeteringen</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je bent flexibel inzetbaar tussen 6.00 en 18.00 uur en werkt in beurtrol op zaterdagvoormiddag</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Je spreekt vlot Nederlands (kennis van Frans is een plus)</li><li value="9" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ervaring met Navision?
