Job DescriptionAs a Contract Manager, you are a key figure in driving client success and operational excellence. You serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while understanding their evolving needs and business objectives. Your role encompasses both strategic and tactical responsibilities: you contribute to annual business planning, monitor budgets closely, oversee financial and technical delivery, manage timelines and project milestones, lead and develop your team, optimize internal processes, and ensure safety compliance across all operations. You report directly to the Business Unit Manager, providing regular insights and results that inform business decisions.
