Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van internationale zendingen, onderhoudt contact met klanten en ondersteunt de dagelijkse operationele werking. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak en klantgerichte instelling draag je bij aan een vlotte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Opvolgen en traceren van luchtvrachtzendingen</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Klanten informeren over vertragingen en wijzigingen</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Verwerken en uploaden van transportdocumentatie</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Administratief opvolgen van claimdossiers bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Opvolgen van operationele meldingen en foutcodes</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Ondersteunen bij receptie- en onthaaltaken</li><li value="7" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Correct toepassen van interne procedures en klantenspecifieke werkinstructies</li><li value="8" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de dagelijkse werking</li><li value="9" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Escaleren van operationele problemen wanneer nodig</li></ul>Na een grondige inwerkperiode ben je in staat om jouw administratieve dossiers zelfstandig op te volgen.<h3 class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__h3" dir="ltr">Jouw ideale achtergrond:</h3>Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot met een passie voor logistiek en luchtvracht.
