In this position, you'll make a direct impact by building and optimizing data solutions for a dynamic organization, ensuring everyone from analysts to leadership can access powerful and reliable insights.What you'll do day to day:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL and ELT processes to support smooth data flows and ensure data integrity across platforms.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Leverage your deep knowledge of SQL Server to handle complex queries, manage integrations, and optimize database performance for analytic workloads.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Build engaging dashboards and data visualizations with Power BI and Tableau, translating raw data into actionable business insights.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Develop and integrate REST APIs to connect diverse systems and extend the reach of your data solutions.</li><li value="5" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Collaborate with the business intelligence team to uncover trends and drive data-driven decisions that influence market risk and finance strategies.</li><li value="6" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Work in an all-Dutch speaking environment, contributing to projects and knowledge sharing in the Dutch language.</li></ul>Function and scope:<ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li value="1" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Main focus on senior-level data engineering, with additional responsibilities in business intelligence.</li><li value="2" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">End-to-end ownership of the technical data landscape, from architecture to delivery.</li><li value="3" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Input in shaping how data is collected, stored, accessed, and visualized across the company.</li><li value="4" class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem">Opportunity to advise on and implement best practices for secure, scalable, and sustainable data solutions.</li></ul>You'll be joining a workspace where your technical know-how makes a real difference, and there's plenty of room to innovate, collaborate, and have some fun while you're at it.

We’re looking for a senior expert who feels right at home with both Data Engineering and Business Intelligence, ready to take on responsibility in complex environments. The ideal person combines a sharp analytical mind with the drive to translate business needs into robust data solutions—always seeing the bigger picture, but also hands-on when it counts. <ul class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__ul"><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="1">Technical Mastery: A strong background in ETL/ELT processes, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Server is essential. You should be just as comfortable designing a scalable data pipeline as you are visualizing insights in intuitive dashboards.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="2">API Fluency: Sound experience with REST API development so you can integrate data sources seamlessly.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="3">Business Understanding: While your main drive is technical quality, you’re genuinely curious about the business perspective and have a firm grasp of market risk and finance topics.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="4">Responsibility &amp; Reliability: We value someone who owns outcomes, communicates clearly, and inspires trust among stakeholders.</li><li class="PlaygroundEditorTheme__listItem" value="5">Language: Native-level Dutch skills are a must, as you’ll be working with Dutch-speaking teams and partners daily.</li></ul>If you’re ready to shape the way our organization uses data—and want to be part of making data-driven decisions a reality—we’d love to hear from you!
