Ben jij iemand die teams doet bloeien en softwareprojecten vlot laat lopen? In deze internationale logistieke IT-omgeving in Antwerpen krijg je de kans om zowel je Scrum-vaardigheden als je leiderschap te combineren.Als Team Success Manager / Scrum Master ben je het kloppend hart van een of twee agile teams binnen IT Applications. Je begeleidt projecten van start tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat alles gestructureerd en volgens de Scrum-principes verloopt. Je faciliteert Scrum-ceremonies, stimuleert kennisdeling en ondersteunt je teams in hun dagelijkse werking.Daarnaast ben je een coach en motivator: je detecteert wat teamleden nodig hebben om het beste uit zichzelf te halen, lost conflicten op en zorgt dat persoonlijke en professionele groei gestimuleerd wordt. Samen met je team verzeker je dat softwareprojecten kwalitatief, tijdig en met de juiste technische governance worden opgeleverd, altijd met oog voor de behoeften van de business. Kortom: je bent de brug tussen organisatie, IT en teamleden, waarbij je impact hebt op zowel mensen als processen.
